An easy and tasty fruit salad to make at any time of the year. In the fall and winter, you can use citrus fruits, cranberries, apples, and/or pears. In the summer, try an assortment of stone fruits (such as plums, nectarines, and peaches) with berries and fresh mint.
Ingredients
2 pounds assorted fruit (apples, citrus, watermelon, etc.)
Optional: A tablespoon of honey or sugar if using grapefruit
Optional: A dash of cinnamon (especially if using pears or apples) or chopped mint (especially delicious with berries or stone fruits)
Directions
1. Cut fruit into bite sized chunks, mix and enjoy.
2. Refrigerated fruit salad will last 2 to 3 days.
