Apple Salsa

Makes 4 servings


3 apples, cored and chopped finely
¼ cup red onion, chopped finely
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped finely
3 tablespoons honey
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Salt & Pepper


Combine apples, red onion, cilantro, honey, lime juice and cinnamon in a medium bowl.  Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for fish or chicken.
