Elisabeth joined the HIP Board in December 2015. Please join us in welcoming her to the HIP family. We are very excited to have her in our leadership team!

Elisabeth Saxon holds a bachelors degree in English literature from Rutgers College and a masters in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. She has worked in financial accounting for 14 years as a public accountant at Ernst & Young and a corporate accountant in the technology industry. Elisabeth feels passionate about giving back to her community and is excited about becoming an active advocate for hunger issues in her neighborhood. She has lived on both the West and East coasts as well as in England and Hungary. When not working, Elisabeth spends time with her husband and three children and enjoys running, yoga, hiking, camping, skiing and many of the outdoor adventures that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
